Okay, I am going to lay this down once and only once. I am tired of giving out chances and suffering the risks I took on this damnable place. Now I don't want to have to say this again. This is childish behavior and feeble, spineless and irritative manners. I am sick and tired of all this on and off, he's doing this, she's doing that, did you know? yadda yadda bullshit. Thank you for the responsible people for reporting theft, undermined credit, stealing and the whole nine yards. I give you my kudos and regards to you (especially you Alli). I am going to get this nailed in your heads and it's going to be there even if I have to beat it into you. That's not a threat, that's a promise. Here are my ground rules and what I have placed on any artwork I submit on dA, whether it's a template or hand drawn.

1. No! You may not take my hand drawn are and covert it into a template, re-edit it, modify it or any along those terms in any form.
-People insist they can take the art and make it into a template without permission. Well, you need my permission first asshole before you can convert it. No one is allowed to copy and convert my hand drawn art or any form of my art into a template unless I say so. Got it? No, you probably don't because you're just going to evade this and do it any way. Do it and let's see what happens.

2. Templates are free-to-use, but that does not mean everything I make is a template.
-If you want something, you ask, it's not given to you or you being reprimanded to even have the right to take and do what you want with it. You don't have permission, you can't have. It is mine, not yours. You have no making into it and you can't seem to respect that and follow the rules, then I see no point in having anything made for you. Or even make art for that matter.

3. Read the damn comments!

Then don't use it. I have that there for a reason. And that is me saying No! You cannot use this art for any matter. Not even if you direly need it so bad that you're gonna die. That's your problem, not mine. I am not lifeguard to your ordeals and problems. If you want to use it, and you see that there... DON'T ASK! It's going to be a indefinite NO!

4. If I say No! I mean No!
-Some of you can't seem to get around the fact of when I say you can't use it, have it, or even convert it, you try to manipulate the manner to get what you want. "But what about everyone else? Some people have DB dragons too and would love to use this." I don't give a rats ass on what other people would like. If I clarify that the answer is no, then it's a no. You have an infinite amount of templates out there, so use those, not the ones I have clarified you cannot use or even have use of.

5. Dragon Templates
-Okay, dragon templates. I have clarified what is templates and what is not. If you don't seem them in the template folder of my gallery, then it's not a template. If it's art I say you can use, you can use, but that doesn't give you the right to scavenge my gallery and make my art into a goddamn template. Take the Baby Dragon hand drawn art for other people for example. I've been seeing DB Fans take those pieces and making the dragons into templates. No! I am not allowing that. If I wanted it to be a template in the first place, then I would've done it. Not you! Get it straight and right for once.

Officially, as it has been declared, I'm pissed. Don't do it again. I am fucking serious this time. I am not going to be playing these childish games anymore. If you want a template, make your damn own. Not use mine or other people's art to create such a degenerate and selfish act. If you have something to say about it, keep it to yourself, because I don't give a shit if you say you have the liberty because I don't want to hear it. My rules are staying as it is and if you can't seem to get along with that and like it, then fuck off. I don't see a reason to waste my time telling you I said no and I mean it.
